Warranties vary widely by product and manufacturer. IWE will be glad to offer exchange/replacement of a defective item within the first 30 days of purchase. And money back guarantee for 30 days if not satisfied. Shipping and handling charges would alone be deducted. Door Viewer/Door Scope distributor warranties that the original owner has one year guarantee that the Door Viewer will be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use and service. We will repair or replace at our option, the Door Viewer/Door Scope or any of its defective parts to eliminate the defect. A warranty service requires you to send dated proof of purchase with the Door Viewer, postage paid to services.

We provide  you with 30 days limited time period to evaluate our products & services. When returned within this time period you will be
refunded without any questions, less S/H.
